At first, my excuse for not posting my daily photos was that I was busy studying for my chemistry class. Then, once the class ended, my excuse was that I was busy getting caught up on everything I put off while studying so much for chemistry. I think I've run out of excuses... There were many days these past few weeks that I barely had it in me to pick up my camera, let alone put any thought into a photo - those days are pretty easy to spot... Other days I only had photos shot with my phone's camera... And I even missed a day (July 22)... But here I am again, and here are the photos:
Today - Work being done to replace the retaining wall on the north side of our house
Sunday, August 2 -
Saturday, August 1 - Luis wanted donuts for his birthday instead of a cake...
Friday, July 31 - Black beans
Thursday, July 30 - I have a really hard time working when things around me are disorganized. No wonder it's taken me three weeks to post photos, by the looks of my desk!
Wednesday, July 29 -
Tuesday, July 28 - Demolition of the old railroad tie retaining wall, day 1
Monday, July 27 - This library is being renovated
Sunday, July 26 -
Saturday, July 25 - This stump is giving the construction guys some problems...
Friday, July 24 - Documenting a shipment
Thursday, July 23 -
Tuesday, July 21 -
Monday, July 20 - I thought this was pretty cool. When the tree trimmer finished cutting down the tree in the back yard to get ready for replacing the retaining wall, I noticed one cross section of a tree branch was heart-shaped.
Sunday, July 19 - View from the Illinois side of the Mississippi, returning home from a weekend out of town
Saturday, July 18 - Yare
Friday, July 17 - Testing my father-in-law's camera which I'll be taking with me out of town instead of my big camera
Thursday, July 16 -
Wednesday, July 15 - Cousins
Tuesday, July 14 - Mario and our nephew, Nick, hanging out
Monday, July 13 -
Sunday, July 12 -

Love water shot. Thought it was blue sky and clouds at first. The close-up paw is cool too.
ReplyDeleteLuis and his donuts reminds me of Aaron's b-day cake last year. His Sunday school teacher while we were in NC also owns a donut shop, and she brought a huge one to class that Sunday. It was the size of a large pizza!
