This photo was taken at the Spoon River rest area along I-74 near Galesburg, Illinois. I have a handful of best friends - my BF from home, BF from high school, BF from college, BF from adult-life... I was headed north to see my best friend from home whose husband passed away. Late in the afternoon I pulled over at this rest area and took this photo.
