I liked the ice water shot from last night (that I only just now posted) so I decided to stick with that "shooting from above" theme once more...

Tried a few different things with this glass of ice water last night...  This one really stood out to me.

I'm going to pretend I wanted a nice, sharp photo of Max's snout...  At least he wasn't sleeping this time...

OK, so this is a fake spill, but I was just experimenting...  I'm not horribly happy with this photo, but it did give me some ideas for things I want to try in the future, so it's not a complete failure, I suppose.

Norm MacDonald

We went to see Norm MacDonald last night at a comedy club in town.  Unfortunately, I couldn't bring my camera, but I did manage to take this photo surreptitiously with my phone.  MWAHAHAHA!!!

Up in the air

I went to brunch with some friends this morning and saw these guys working.  I don't think I'd like that job (whatever it was they were doing - washing the windows?  Repairing the windows?) - I've gotten more freaked out by heights as I've gotten older...

Foiled again!

Experimenting today...  I took some aluminum foil, wadded it up, re-opened it, and took some macro shots of the creases.  Kind of an interesting outcome...

Beads

Well, it appears I made it through the whole month without missing a photo - now I just have to do this 11 more times!
